Returns Policy

Special Orders:

  • Returns on special orders (S. Order, SO) will incur a 25% restocking fee plus freight charges.
  • No returns are accepted after 21 days from the purchase date.
  • All returned materials must be in their original packaging and in good condition.

Materials in Stock:

  • No returns are accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.
  • All returned materials must be in their original packaging and in good condition.

Setting Materials, Tools, Metal Trims, Baseboards:

  • No returns are accepted after 60 days from the purchase date.
  • All returned materials must be in their original packaging and in good condition.

Clearance or Display Floor Samples:

  • No returns or exchanges; all sales are final.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@meghatile.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
