At MEGHATILE KITCHEN & BATH, we are committed to offering high-quality products and services for your renovation projects. Our products are carefully selected for their durability, design, and functionality, backed by robust warranties to ensure your satisfaction.

Products Manufactured by MEGHATILE KITCHEN & BATH: All products manufactured by MEGHATILE KITCHEN & BATH are covered by a limited 2-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Products from Other Manufacturers: For products manufactured by third parties, warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer. Please contact them directly for assistance with any issues covered by their warranty.

Installation Warranty: Our expert installation team is committed to precision and attention to detail. We guarantee the quality of our workmanship with a 1-year warranty, ensuring your project remains in optimal condition.

This warranty certifies that your product is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Specific components such as electrical controls are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

If you require a warranty service, please contact your representative or our Customer Service Department. You will need to submit your claim along with proof of purchase, name, address, telephone number, and a description of the claimed defect. Any defective product, including any part, found to be defective upon examination by the manufacturer will be repaired or replaced at no charge during the warranty period. You assume the risk of loss or damage to the products, and you are responsible for shipping and handling costs when products are shipped to us for warranty service and when repaired or replaced products are returned to you, regardless of whether this warranty applies.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, commercial use, negligence, tampering, alterations, normal wear and tear, damage due to environmental or natural elements, or service performed by unauthorized personnel. Products damaged by excessive heat or showing signs of misuse, such as peeling, staining, discoloration, marks, scratches, warping, or pitting that indicate use other than recommended by the manufacturer, are not covered by this warranty. Additional warranty information can be obtained from our Customer Service Department.

This warranty is limited to the original consumer with proof of purchase and is not transferable. The manufacturer reserves the right to use comparable reconditioned, refurbished, repaired, or remanufactured products or parts in the warranty repair or replacement process. Such products and parts will be comparable in function and performance to the original product or part and warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Limitations: The manufacturer's sole and exclusive liability under this warranty, and the consumer's sole and exclusive remedy, is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product at the manufacturer's sole option. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any other damages, including, without limitation, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or in connection with the product, its use, or its performance. In no event shall the manufacturer's liability exceed the purchase price paid by the consumer for the product(s) at issue.

Any oral or written description of a product is for identification purposes only and shall not be construed as an express warranty. Any assistance provided by the manufacturer, distributor, representative, or service outside the terms or limitations of this limited warranty shall not constitute a waiver of such terms or limitations, nor extend or revive the warranty.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY GRANTED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IS LIMITED TO THE PERIOD DESCRIBED ABOVE.
